Cynthia A. Riddell, Esq.

Cynthia “Cyndi” Riddell is licensed to practice law in Florida and holds a Bachelors Degree in History from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law. Cyndi grew up in Sarasota and has returned to the area to join her father, Jeff Riddell, in the practice areas of real estate, short sale negotiation, foreclosure defense and bankruptcy.

Cyndi has published articles regarding bankruptcy cram downs and securitization of Mortgage Backed Securities. She also contributes to a local bankruptcy blog website.

Cyndi is a member of The Florida Bar, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Tampa Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Sarasota Bar Association.
